Pippa Warrell and Elisabeth Buchanan set up the practice in 1990. They both have postgraduate qualifications in manipulative therapy, and have established a recognised expertise in diagnosis and management of acute and chronic spinal problems; and the treatment of sporting injuries.
Sally Cole joined the practice in 2003 from a senior clinical post at the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital. She has a MSc in Manipulative Physiotherapy, and having worked in Val d'Isere has a special interest in skiing injuries.
Nick Henzell joined the practice in 2006 having worked in private practice in New Zealand and the UK. He has an interest in sports and spinal injuries and is qualified to use acupuncture (AACP Registered) to supplement his treatments.
Leigh Ray has been working in private practice for over six years in Australia, Singapore and the UK. Leigh has specific interest in the treatment of general musculo-skeletal disorders, headaches, TMJ (jaw dysfunction), women's health and ergonomic office assessments. She has worked extensively with elite athletes in Rugby, Netball, Golf, Marathon runners, Martial Artists and at the 2000 Olympics.
Rachel Lee has been with the practice since 1999, also with manulative therapy qualifications and a special interest in muscular stabilising approaches to lower back pain. Rachel has just returned to New Zealand, but will be returning to the practice periodically.
All of our physiotherapists are fully accredited state registered physiotherapists and also members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)
