Ana graduated from the Otago School of Physiotherapy, New Zealand and obtained a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from University College London.
Having helped set up the Pain Management Clinic at Auckland Hospital, she left New Zealand in 1992 and has worked in private practices in Central London and runs a domiciliary practice. Ana is the senior consulting physiotherapist at BUPA Meadbank Nursing Centre, London and recently joined the team at Harley Street Physiotherapy as a consultant domiciliary.
Ana has a wealth of experience treating all conditions in the home environment, but her main focus is in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions. She has special interests in the elderly and in the rehabilitation of patients following knee or hip surgery.
Ana’s work has required her to navigate through inner London by car for the past fifteen years, so her knowledge of the city exceeds that of many taxi drivers. She greatly enjoys getting to know her patients, who come from all corners of the World.
When not in town, Ana loves to escape to the country for long walks and pub lunches, but is happiest in the mountains in all seasons. She is also a keen gardener.
