Nathan Oh
BSc Physiotherapy, MCSP, MAACP, HCPC
Nathan graduated from the University of Melbourne (Australia) Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2001. He immediately applied his knowledge in the private sector before furthering his practice by relocating to London in 2005. Since then, he has gained extensive experience in the NHS working with pre and post-surgical cases, acute and chronic conditions and private clients.
With his exposure to numerous conditions and furthering his studies with courses and seminars over the years, Nathan has found a balance in utilising manual therapies, exercise prescription, and addressing pain behaviours to the best effect for his clients. He is qualified in acupuncture and Clinical Pilates and employs these when appropriate. He has a particular interest in spinal care, shoulder, knee and sports injuries.
Nathan is a keen runner and has to date completed 4 marathons and loves to bring his energy to a session to inspire runners to improve their form and technique to get the most from their runs.
Nathan is one Sprint's Apos Therapists, with a strong understanding of biomechanics of the lower limb and how misalignments can interplay with long term joint pain, he is one of the few privileged in London who can provide this service with proven benefits to those with chronic joint pains.
