His sessions are carefully adapted to suit each individual, with a focus on improving balance, joint mobility, and everyday strength, not “bulking up.”Drawing on his background in martial arts and boxing, Peter also incorporates light pad work for those who enjoy a fun, safe way to improve cardiovascular fitness, boost confidence, and release stress.Above all, Peter is passionate about helping his clients stay active, strong, and resilient — at any age.
