How to Claim Your Bupa Physiotherapy Sessions
Using your Bupa insurance at our clinics is simple and straightforward. Just follow these three steps before booking:
Step 1: Contact Bupa for Authorization
Call Bupa or log into your Bupa portal to confirm that your policy covers physiotherapy treatment.

Step 2: Request Your Pre-Authorisation Code
Explain your symptoms to Bupa to obtain a Pre-Authorisation Number (and confirm how many sessions have been initially allocated).
Step 3: Provide Your Details to Our Team
When you schedule your appointment online or over the phone, simply provide us with your Bupa Membership Number and your Pre-Authorization Code. We will handle all direct billing directly with Bupa and will keep you informed about any excess payments
