Mummy MOT
Sprint Physiotherapy are recognised and licensed partners to deliver the Mummy Mot – a full 360˚ postnatal assessment of a mother's physical health. The assessment includes pelvic floor strength, tummy muscle strength and screening for separation as well as a functional check of how well a mother is coping with repetitive bending, lifting and carrying.
Treatment sessions could include functional adjustment to activities, advice on how to exercise safely, work on pelvic floor strength and control as well as guidance on how to encourage the body to heal postnatally, if you are in the very early stages.
