Led by Sally, a registered Mummy MOT Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, our services cover a range of needs such as postnatal Mummy MOT check-ups (from 6 weeks postpartum, 8 weeks for C-section), pregnancy check-ups, pelvic girdle pain treatment, C-section scar massage and recovery support, and pelvic and abdominal health concerns (including pelvic pain, endometriosis, and urinary incontinence).

During your first appointment, your physiotherapist will take a detailed history, discuss your symptoms and medical background, and conduct a thorough examination to diagnose your issue. A personalized treatment plan will be developed to help you reach your goals. If you have any relevant scans, X-rays, or medical reports, please bring them along to your appointment.
