Clinical pilates is a fantastic opportunity to have sessions completely tailored to your specific movement and recovery needs. In private one-on-one sessions, our trained physiotherapists and osteopaths will guide you through low impact movements to ease your body in building up core strength to support your long-term wellbeing.We also have skilled Pilates instructors who can deliver equally impactful sessions for post-injury rehabilitation given their years of experience and expertise. As you build confidence and progress, we can also provide regular “double-up” sessions where you can train with a partner, without compromising your personalized care.

Payment for treatment is required at the end of each session, although we are able to billAXA PPP, AXA PPP International, BUPA, BUPA International, Healix & WPA directly. Patients with other health insurance policies are asked to reclaim their fees directly from their insurer, incl all other Vitality Health patients. If you wish to claim treatment costs on your health insurance, you will need to contact your insurance company directly and they will send you a claim form. Each insurance policy is different and we advise you to ensure well-in-advance that your treatment is covered. It’s very important to check whether you need to be referred by a doctor or a consultant before receiving treatment.
