Ajay is a HCPC registered physiotherapist and a member of the Chartered Society of physiotherapy. He has extensive experience in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, specialising in both acute and chronic injuries, as well as post-operative rehabilitation and pain management. He also has a strong background in sports rehabilitation, assisting clients in returning to peak performance following a sports related injury. Integrating his manual therapy skills, use of personalised exercise programmes, and providing education to his clients, he adopts a holistic approach to recovery - empowering individuals to take control of their pain, health, and well-being. Outside of work, Ajay enjoys his time playing football, training at the gym, and spending time with family.
