Diane qualified as a personal trainer and sports massage therapist in 2002 and added a comprehensive Pilates qualification from Balanced Body to her skill set in 2012.
She is trained to teach Pilates mat work and all studio equipment, which allows her a wide range of exercises to help clients get the most out of each session.
Diane has a background in endurance racing (Ironman) and triathlon at International level, so has lots of experience in helping people train and recover from events and also works closely alongside our physiotherapists to assist in any rehabilitation post-injury or surgery.
Diane has an indepth understanding and holds additional qualifications in working with people with bone density problems including osteopoenia and Osteoporosis and is able to adapt her training regime accordingly for such needs.
She has a well-rounded approach to her Pilates sessions, and works closely with clients to help them achieve their goals.
