Jared graduated from the University of Brighton in 2021, specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. He provides tailored, evidence based treatment programmes designed to relieve pain, restore movement, and support long term recovery and performance.
He has extensive knowledge in treating a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions and has worked with patients across both traumatic and elective orthopaedic pathways. Jared has a particular interest in ACL rehabilitation and has led the recovery of patients following ACL reconstruction, guiding them from early post operative care to advanced rehabilitation and return to sport.
Jared enjoys working with a diverse patient population and is committed to helping individuals achieve their goals, whether returning to elite sport or improving day to day function. He takes a patient centred approach, combining clinical expertise with clear communication to guide patients through what can often be a challenging rehabilitation journey.
Outside of work, Jared enjoys cooking and exploring new foods. He also plays the guitar and has a broad interest in music.
