Piotr brings decades of experience in sport and personal training, with a lifelong commitment to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. Starting his career as a professional swimmer, he later qualified as a Level 3 personal trainer and has since focused on functional strength and core stability, particularly for adults seeking to maintain independence and vitality as they age. Piotr’s approach is gentle yet effective, built around a full-body training system that engages the core, improves posture, and helps manage or prevent common issues like back discomfort. His sessions are carefully adapted to suit each individual, with a focus on improving balance, joint mobility, and everyday strength, not “bulking up.” Drawing on his background in martial arts and boxing, Piotr also incorporates light pad work for those who enjoy a fun, safe way to improve cardiovascular fitness, boost confidence, and release stress. Above all, Piotr is passionate about helping his clients stay active, strong, and resilient - at any age.
